For patients without insurance coverage or who prefer not to use insurance, self-pay rates are available:

Payment is due at the time of service. I accept credit and debit cards.
For insured patients, I will submit claims to your insurance company on your behalf. You are responsible for any copays, coinsurance, or deductible amounts as determined by your plan.
